Tina Lond-Caulk is a leading expert on nutrition and health education for teenagers in the UK, working on average with 22,000 students a year for the last 12 years with her Food for Life programme.  Tina has worked with many of the top 100 schools in the UK with her inspirational talks and workshops.

Tina has worked as a qualified clinical nutritionist for over 20 years, working with a number of high-profile medical practices in Harley Street and the world renowned Lanserhof Medical Clinic. In addition to her first-class BSc Hons in Nutrition, she has completed post-graduate training in behavioural psychology, eating disorders and has a specialist interest in nutrigenomics.

Tina is the author of the ‘The Nutrition Guru – The Teenage Health and Wellness Guide’ (Bloomsbury) a comprehensive self help guide that covers every topic parents and teenagers need to know to optimise health and wellbeing.

Her goal is to improve the wellbeing of teenagers and young adults, setting them up with improved health for the rest of their lives. Educating this age group has the potential to radically change the chronic disease landscape among adults in the UK and reduce health care costs.
