Tallulah O’Hea
Body Confidence
(Brave discussions create big change)
Tallulah O’Hea is a Body Confidence Coach, binge & emotional eating specialist, and the founder of The Body Conversation. Her mission is to prevent and address eating disorders among teenage girls by delivering empowering, educational and inspiring Body Confidence talks in schools. These talks, tailored for students in Years 9-13, equip girls with essential tools, expert insights and practical strategies to encourage a positive body image. Through interactive activities, meaningful discussions and valuable resources, students gain body image literacy, build confidence and help create a supportive school environment.
Key Themes Include:
- Understanding Body Image: What it is and why it matters.
- The Power of Self-Talk: How it shapes body confidence.
- Body Acceptance: Nurturing a healthy relationship with your body.
- Social Media Smarts: Using platforms to boost – not harm – confidence.
- Body Language: Leveraging it to reframe how you feel about your body.
In addition to large-group talks, Tallulah offers workshop-style sessions for smaller groups. These intimate settings encourage open discussion, shared experiences and deeper connections, allowing students to engage fully with the material.
With every booking for pupils, Tallulah also offers schools the option to book an Online Parent Masterclass – a 60-minute session offering actionable tips, expert advice and practical tools to help parents navigate body image conversations with confidence. Curated from many conversations with parents, this session ensures families feel supported and empowered to guide their children toward a healthier body image.
